| INDOT: Overnight Restrictions at I-69, State Road 37 & 116th Street |
|
Entry Description
Overnight Lane Restrictions at I-69,
116th Street & SR 37 Interchange
FISHERS, Ind. – Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) contractors plan to temporarily restrict traffic lanes this week during overnight hours at the Interstate 69 interchange with State Road 37 and 116th Street.
Beginning Monday, March 18 at 8 p.m., contractors plan to restrict the right lane of southbound State Road 37 to I-69. The right lane restriction will allow for temporary widening and strengthening of the shoulder in preparation for an upcoming temporary traffic shift. The overnight restriction is expected to repeat Tuesday and Wednesday nights and is expected to end by 5 a.m. each day.
Beginning Wednesday, March 20 through Saturday, March 23 contractors plan to restrict the right lane of southbound I-69 between the 116th Street exit ramp and the 116th Street bridge. The restriction will last from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. each night as crews pave and remove barrier wall.
All schedules are subject to change based on variables such as weather and progress. For more information about Operation Indy Commute – I-69, and to sign up to receive updates throughout the project, visit www.IndyCommute.indot.in.gov. |
