Entry Description
Bedford – Yesterday evening, the Indiana State Police Meth Task Force along with Officer Bill Allen from the Oolitic Police Department executed a search warrant at 1416 Breckenridge Road, Bedford. The investigation started with an anonymous tip that led to a search warrant of the residence. Officers found mixed chemicals that were used to manufacture methamphetamine along with white powder that field-tested positive for methamphetamine. Officers also located two children, ages 4 and 8 at the residence. The department of child services was contacted to assure the welfare of the children. None of the drugs or mixed chemicals were located inside the residence.
ARRESTED:
Derrick Pafford, 31 of Bloomington was incarcerated in the Lawrence County Jail on charges of:
1) Manufacturing Methamphetamine "B" Felony
2) Possession of Methamphetamine "D" Felony
