[INDOT] I-465 West Side Restrictions

I-465 West Side Restrictions
Tonight Through Sunday

INDIANAPOLIS – Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) contractors plan alternating lane restrictions to finish installing reflective pavement markings on Interstate 465 on the city’s west side.  The work was scheduled for last weekend, but crews had to postpone finishing due to weather.

 

Lane restrictions are expected Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights to install reflective lane markers on southbound I-465 between 10th Street (Exit 14) and 38th Street (Exit 17).  Some various ramp restrictions will be necessary at the I-465 interchange with I-74, US 136 and Crawfordsville Road, but all ramps will remain open.  Once the reflective markers are installed, work at the interchange will be substantially complete.

 

  • Tonight – Two lane restriction from midnight until 6 a.m. Friday
  • Friday night – Three lane restriction from midnight until 7 a.m. Saturday
  • Saturday night – Three lane restriction from midnight until 9 a.m. Sunday
