[INDOT] SR 49 Kankakee River Bridge Closure, Porter-Jasper Counties

PORTER COUNTY/JASPER COUNTY, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) announces the closure of the State Road 49 bridge over the Kankakee River on Tuesday, December 18th between 8:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m., weather permitting. The bridge located between State Road 10 in Kouts and State Road 8 in Wheatfield is currently down to one lane with signals directing traffic.
