I-70 Project Will Close State Road 39 Eastbound Ramps for Resurfacing

S.R. 39 exit ramp will close Sunday evening

 

HENDRICKS COUNTY, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) announces the resurfacing project on I-70 will close the eastbound ramps at State Road 39 (S.R. 39) Exit 59 beginning Sunday evening to mill and resurface the ramps.  Crews plan the following schedule for closures:

 

·        11/18     5 p.m. - 6 a.m. on 11/19            EB I-70 exit ramp to S.R. 39

·        11/19     6 p.m. - 6 a.m. on 11/20            S.R. 39 on ramp to EB I-70  

 

This project was awarded to Rieth-Riley for $7.7 million.  This project will have 11’ lane restrictions on the interstate in the area the contractor will be working.  This project is scheduled for completion by the first of December.
