[ISDA] Lt. Governor Skillman to accept donation of Indiana poultry products for the hungry

Entry Description
Lt. Governor Becky Skillman, Secretary of Agriculture and Rural Development, will accept a substantial donation from representatives of the Indiana State Poultry Association for Hoosier food pantries this Tuesday, November 20. The donation will take place during a ceremony at 10 a.m. in the Statehouse outside the Lt. Governor’s office.
In addition to the donation, the Indiana State Poultry Association will present the Official State Turkey. Artist Mark Wearstler, 2012 Designer of the Indiana State Egg, will present Lt. Governor Skillman a painted egg representing Indiana to show the State Poultry Association’s appreciation of the Daniels support of Indiana agriculture throughout their Administration.
