Entry Description The second annual Trail of Terror at Lincoln State Park begins Saturday, Oct. 13, with goblins, ghouls, vampires, zombies and fairytales gone not so happily ever after.
The Trail of Terror is produced in partnership with Lincoln Amphitheatre and the Friends of Lincoln State Park group. It begins in Lincoln Amphitheatre’s cast house and winds through the woods of Lincoln State Park.
“The event has grown each year and the 2012 trail will be bigger and scarier than ever with several new scenes and characters based upon childhood fairy tales with a haunted twist,” said Daniel Wilkinson, executive director for Lincoln Amphitheatre.
The Trail of Terror runs Oct. 13, 20 and 27. Tours begin at 7 p.m. and run until 10 p.m. CDT.
Tickets are $5 per person plus the standard state park gate fee of $5 per in-state vehicle and $7 per out-of-state vehicle. Children ages 12 and younger must be accompanied by an adult. Guests may purchase tickets at LincolnAmphitheatre.org, (800) 264-4223, or at the Lincoln Amphitheatre box office.
For more information, visit LincolnAmphitheatre.org or call (800) 264-4223.
Lincoln State Park is on State Road 162, Lincoln City, 47552.
