Entry Description GRANT COUNTY, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) announces a brief traffic stoppage on I-69, near the 265 mile marker (one mile north of Exit 264, SR 18), starting at approximately 9 a.m. on Tuesday, October 9.
Traffic on I-69 will be stopped to allow removal of one AEP utility line and hanging of three new utility lines across the interstate under permit by INDOT. Indiana State Police will assist with the rolling stop, which is expected to last about 15 minutes. The work is scheduled to be complete by 9:30 a.m. the same day.
Motorists may wish to select alternate routes and/or plan accordingly for possible traffic delays on I-69
