ARSON INVESTIGATION IN DUBOIS COUNTY LEADS TO AN ARREST

State officers arrested a Daviess County man today on charges of arson, a class B felony.

Justin Fraley of Plainville, IN, was served an arrest warrant by the Indiana Fire Marshal’s Office and the Indiana State Police for intentionally setting a mobile home on fire.

On December 2, 2011, a fire at 4096 W State Road 56 in Jasper, IN (Dubois County) left a mobile home severely damaged. Indiana State Fire Marshal’s Office fire investigators determined that the fire was intentionally set. An investigation conducted by the Indiana Fire Marshal’s Office and the Indiana State Police resulted in today’s arrest. Due to pending legal action, no more details can be released.

The Indiana State Fire Marshal’s Office is a division of the Indiana Department of Homeland Security.
