[IDOL] Common Construction Wage Hearing for Michigan City Redevelopment Commission (LaPorte County)

Entry Description

In accordance with Indiana Code 5-16-7-1 et seq., a hearing has been scheduled to determine Common Construction Wage Rates. This hearing will be held at the time, date, and location prescribed below:

La Ports County Complex
Assembly Room 2
809 State Street
La Porte, Indiana 46350
Date: October 10, 2012
Time: 2:00 PM CDT

The hearing will be held to determine wage rates for public works construction projects in LaPorte County covered by the Indiana Common Construction Wage Act and awarded by the following awarding government agency:

Michigan City Redevelopment Commission

A scale of wages adopted in this meeting applies to any public works construction project covered by the Indiana Common Construction Wage Act for which this awarding government agency awards bids not later than three (3) months after the date the committee adopts a wage scale.
