Front Squats
5-5-5-5-5

Then,

"Tabata"
Push-ups
Sit-ups

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals.
Tabata score is the least number of reps performed in any of the eight intervals.

If you have a watch with a count down feature, set it for 30 seconds.  Start your count down and let it go down to 0, once the watch hits 0 then the alarm should beep for 10 seconts (your rest period) and then silence for 20 seconds.
