| [ISP] Borden Man Arrested for Check Deception |

Entry Description Borden-Shortly after 8:30 am this morning, trooper Bill Hannon from the Indiana State Police Post at Sellersburg arrested Ronald Scott Nicks, 44, from Highway #60 in Borden at his residence. The arrest was the result of an investigation that began back in December of 2012 by Detective Tom Meneou of the Indiana State Police Post at Sellersburg. During that time, Ronald Scott Nicks was the owner of Kentuckiana Trailer Ranch in Borden. While running the business Nicks allegedly sold a horse trailer on consignment for another individual and failed to pay the individual the total proceeds from the sale which totaled $12,000.00.
The arrest warrant was issued out of the Clark County Circuit Court #3 for Check Deception, D Felony. Ronald Scott Nicks was incarcerated in the Clark County Jail awaiting his first court appearance.
All subjects are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. |
