[IDEM] Public Meeting and Hearing for the Bear High Wolf Lake Regional Sewer District

Location: Bear High Wolf RSD facilities, 4477 W. H Drive, Albion, IN 46701.

Public Notice:
You are hereby notified that the Bear High Wolf Lake Regional Sewer District (District) has petitioned the Commissioner of the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) for an order to change the Regional District Board to appointments only. The District has requested that all appointments are to be made by the Noble County Commissioners.

A public meeting will be held prior to the public hearing. The meeting and hearing will be held on April 2, 2013, starting at 6:00 p.m. (local time), at the Bear High Wolf treatment facility, located at 4477 W. H Drive, Albion, IN 46701, to receive public comments on said Petition. Written comments will also be accepted for a period commencing immediately and ending on April 16, 2013, at the following address:
