Entry Description
Visitors to the Ellettsville Branch of the Monroe County Public Library can drop by the program room on Jan. 9 to learn what happens to insects during the winter and make a simple insect craft.
The program runs from 3 to 5 p.m. and will be hosted by a naturalist from Monroe Lake.
The library is at 600 W. Temperance Street.
“Insects always seem to show up pretty quickly once the weather warms,” said Wendy Anderson, a naturalist intern at Monroe Lake. “It makes you wonder where they’ve been during the winter and what they’ve been doing.”
For more information, call the Paynetown Activity Center at (812) 837-9967 or email jvance@dnr.IN.gov. |
