Clark County- On February 1, 2013 shortly before 11:00 pm, troopers from the Indiana State Police Post at Sellersburg arrested two suspects following a traffic stop on Halcyon Road near Marcy Street in Charlestown. During the traffic stop marijuana, controlled substances and drug paraphernalia were located. The driver, Margaret R. Lenz, 19, from Charlestown and the passenger Troy L. Sanders, 21, also from Charlestown were arrested and incarcerated in the Clark County Jail.

Arrested and Charges:
Margaret R. Lenz: Maintaining a Common Nuisance, D Felony; Possession of Marijuana Over 30 Grams, D Felony; Possession of a Controlled Substance, D Felony and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, A Misdemeanor.

Troy L. Sanders: Dealing in a Controlled Substance, B Felony, Maintaining a Common Nuisance, D Felony; Possession of Marijuana Over 30 Grams, D Felony and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, A Misdemeanor.

All subjects are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
