| [ISP] Four Arrested at Middletown Meth Lab |

Entry Description
Middletown – This morning around 10 a.m. troopers from the Pendleton District Meth Suppression Squad, along with officers from the Middletown Police Department, went to an address at 648 Locust St., Apartment Three, on a joint Methamphetamine investigation.
After speaking with the resident there, Curtis Adams age 24, and further investigation, a meth lab and the chemicals used in the manufacture of Methamphetamine were found. Adams was arrested for Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Class “B” Felony; Possession of Precursors, Class “D” Felony; Possession of a Hypodermic Needle, Class “D” Felony; Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Class “D” Felony and Possession of Paraphernalia, Class “B” Misdemeanor.
Also arrested at the apartment was Leah Houthton, age 37, of Middletown. She was charged with Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Class “D” Felony and Visiting a Common Nuisance, Class “D” Felony. In addition she was found to be wanted on a misdemeanor warrant from Anderson City Court.
Also arrested was Samuel Baggett, age 21 of Middletown, for Possession of a Hypodermic Needle and Visiting a Common Nuisance, both Class “D” Felonies. He was also charged with Possession of Paraphernalia, Class “B” Misdemeanor.
The fourth person arrested at the apartment was Jessica Tyler, age 22 of Middletown. She was charged with Visiting a Common Nuisance, Class “D” Felony. This investigation had been ongoing and officers had been working closely with the Henry County Prosecutor’s Office as the investigation progressed.
