I-70 Pavement Contract Awarded

INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) is awarding a contract to E & B Paving to repair pavement on Interstate 70.

 

E & B will repair both directions of a nearly 7-mile segment of I-70 west of I-65 (south split) to I-465. The Anderson, Indiana company submitted the lowest bid of $1,207,000 to win the contract over three other competing companies.

 

E & B will provide a work schedule in the near future, but all lane closures are expected to take place on weekends after Memorial Day and before October 2013.
