Clarksville- Shortly after 8:00 pm yesterday, officers from the U. S. Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force, (Great Lakes Region), the Indiana State Police and Clarksville Town Police arrested Danny Poston, aka-"Danny Diamenz" and "Mr. President," 23, from Pittsburgh, PA and recently staying in Clarksville, IN. He was arrested on a Federal Warrant out of West Virginia for Conspiracy to Distribute Cocaine and three arrest warrants out of Pittsburgh, PA reference gun charges, assault and probation.

Danny Poston was arrested after a tip came into the U. S. Marshal's that he was staying in Clarksville, IN at 1915 Beechlawn Drive. Officers set up surveillance on the residence and were able to arrest Danny Poston after a traffic stop was made near the Kamer Miller Road and Charlestown Road area in Floyd County.

After the traffic stop was completed the investigation led back to the 1915 Beechlawn Drive address in Clarksville where an indoor Marijuana grow was located in the basement of the home.

Danny Poston was incarcerated in the Floyd County Jail awaiting extradition. Any local criminal charges will be pending.
