WOD

"Tabata Something Else"

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are air squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Record total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

WOD Demo - video [wmv] [mov] video showes GHD sit-up which are tougher.  Perform abmat sit-ups either butterfly or regular.


*Tabata timers can be found in app store for smart phones or use the timer mode on timex stop watch.  Set watch for 30 seconds and let the watch count down.  The watch should beep for 10 seconds then continue for the remaining 20 seconds.  Make sure to set watch to repeat and not stop after counting down.
