Entry Description
State Sen. Jim Banks (R-Columbia City) made the following statement
regarding Governor Pence’s State of the State Address:
STATEHOUSE (Jan. 22, 2013) – “Gov. Daniels left Indiana in an excellent financial position, and it’s great to see Gov. Pence taking the reins to continue that legacy.
“Gov. Pence and I agree that the economy and jobs are top priorities for our state. Like him, I want to ensure higher education keeps Hoosier students competitive in a global job market. To accomplish that goal, I’m prepared to pursue plans this session to make college more efficient and affordable.” |
