State Sen. Allen Paul (R-Richmond) made the following statement regarding Gov. Pence’s State of the State Address:

STATEHOUSE (Jan. 22, 2013) — “I appreciate Gov. Pence’s call to pass our state’s fifth-consecutive honestly balanced budget. Spending within our means is a principle that Hoosier families build their lives around and it must be the cornerstone of our thinking as state leaders as well.

“With this budget, we have an opportunity to promote economic growth and build our state into a place where businesses are expanding and families are thriving.”
