Arts Commission announces grant information workshops for Region 7 arts providers     

(Indianapolis, Indiana) – The Indiana Arts Commission (IAC) announced today three upcoming grant information workshops for community-based arts organizations and program providers in Region 7.

Region 7 includes Boone, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Johnson, Marion and Shelby counties.

Organizations in Region 7 interested in applying for the Fiscal Year 14 Arts Commission grants in Arts Operating Support I and II, or the Arts Project Support grant category must submit their online application by 4:30 p.m. March 4, 2013.

Workshops currently scheduled include:

January 23, 2013, 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. (EST) at Butler University, Clowes Memorial Hall, Krannert Room, 4600 Sunset Blvd., Indianapolis, IN 46208. Please RSVP to Kristina Davis, 317-232-1279 or email: kdavis-smith@iac.in.gov .

Interested applicants are strongly encouraged to attend a workshop as there are impending changes to the Arts Operating Support, and Arts Project Support programs.
