Entry Description
Bloomington - On 01/02/2013 just before 8:00 pm, an investigation led the Indiana State Police Meth Task force to the 900 block of North Curry Pike and Trailer #22 in Bloomington. The investigation led to probable cause for the arrest of Joshua Darin Wilbur, 29, of Ellettsville for the Manufacture of methamphetamine and Gabrielle N. Bolton, 30, of 900 N. Curry Pike for the purchase of precursors used to manufacture meth. Troopers located an active methamphetamine lab at the residence along with precursors used to manufacture methamphetamine. Firearms were also located in the residence which constitutes an enhancement from a "B" Felony charge to an "A" Felony charge. Marijuana and drug paraphernalia were also removed from the residence.
ARRESTED -
Gabrielle N. Bolton, 30, 900 N. Curry Pike, arrested on preliminary charges of maintaining a common nuisance, purchase of precursors and possession of methamphetamine; booked into Monroe County Jail at 9:43 p.m. Bond set at $4,000 surety, $500 cash.
Joshua Darin Wilbur, 29, of Ellettsville, on preliminary charges of manufacturing methamphetamine and possession of precursors; booked into Monroe County Jail at 9 p.m. Bond set at $40,000 surety, $500 cash, but is on hold for a probation violation.
