Entry Description
State Sen. Carlin Yoder (R-Middlebury) made the following statement regarding Gov. Pence’s State of the State Address.
STATEHOUSE (Jan. 22, 2013) — “This evening, Governor Pence presented what he hopes to accomplish during his first year in office. I really appreciate his commitment to fiscal responsibility and using the resources we have wisely.
“Additionally, I was very glad to see in his proposed budget additional funding to the Department of Child Services that will help protect vulnerable children in Indiana. We need to use every available resource to protect our children, and I look forward to working with the new administration to continue making Indiana a safer place for all Hoosiers.”
