Purdue Calumet Hosts Central Midwest College Fair

Representatives from nearly 100 colleges and universities and related resource service providers will be on hand at the Central Midwest College Fair, Thursday, Sept. 20 in the Purdue University Calumet gymnasium of the Fitness & Recreation Center.

High school students and their parents are invited to attend and visit with admissions officials from schools throughout the Midwest and beyond between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. A complete list of participating colleges and universities is available at http://webs.purduecal.edu/collegefair.

High school students also can obtain more information from their guidance counselor.

Admission is free.

In addition to Purdue Calumet, Northwest Indiana high schools and the Indiana Association of College Admissions Counselors are sponsoring the college fair.

Purdue Calumet’s Fitness & Recreation Center is located one-third mile north of Interstate 80/94, three blocks east of Indianapolis Boulevard, just south of 173^rd Street. Free parking is available in lots north and south of 173^rd Street.
