Notice of Public Hearing Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on September 6, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., at the Indiana State Department of Health, 2 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis, Indiana the Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) will hold a public hearing on the proposed adoption of 410 IAC 15-5 (LSA Doc #12-268) to continue the license fees for hospitals, ambulatory outpatient surgical centers, abortion clinics, and birthing centers following a statutory change placing these fees under the authority of the Indiana State Department of Health’s Executive Board. The ISDH has the authority to adopt this rule under IC 16-21-2-12.  This rule will not impose any additional requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3). Copies of these rules are now on file at the Office of Legal Affairs, Indiana State Department of Health, 2 North Meridian Street and Legislative Services Agency, One North Capitol, Suite 325, Indianapolis, Indiana, and are open for public inspection.
