Entry Description
Delaware County – Early this afternoon troopers from the Pendleton Post along with State Police Marijuana Eradication Troopers Ron Halbert and Pete Cates served a search warrant on a residence located at 10301 E. County Road 1300 North in Delaware County. The warrant was the result of a two month long investigation.
Troopers discovered 57 marijuana plants in various stages of growth at an indoor grow operation. The marijuana had an estimated street value of $40,000. Arrested at the house was Randy D. Winters, age 49, for Class “D” Felony Cultivating Marijuana Over 30 Grams, and for Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Class “D” Felony. He was lodged at the Delaware County Jail.
