Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on August 28, 2012 at 9:30 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N501, Indianapolis, Indiana the Natural Resources Commission will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to add 312 IAC 2-5 to provide standards for informal review within the Department of Natural Resources, and to acknowledge the opportunity for administrative review to the Natural Resources Commission under IC 4-21.5, of unsuccessful test results and accreditation of continuing education programs. The new rules would apply if a law requires successful testing or compliance with continuing education requirements, for an individual to conduct a vocation or avocation, and the law makes the Department of Natural Resources responsible for testing or continuing education. The proposed rule amendments would not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3). A copy of the proposed rule amendments is available for inspection at the Natural Resources Commission, Division of Hearings, Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N501, Indianapolis, IN 46204 (Attention: Jennifer Kane).
