The Indiana State Board of Animal Health will hold its quarterly meeting at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 12, 2012 at the Board of Animal Health office at 1202 East 38th Street, Discovery Hall – Suite 100, Indianapolis, Indiana.

Recognition of BOAH Employees’ Years of Service

1. Approval of minutes of the previous meeting, April 10, 2012

2. 9:40 a.m. Public Hearing on proposed amendments to 345 IAC 8 concerning dairy inspection program standards. LSA document #12-107

3. Consideration of final adoption of proposed amendments to 345 IAC 8 concerning dairy inspection program standards. LSA document #12-107.

4. 9:50 a.m. Public Hearing on proposed amendments to 345 IAC 8 concerning livestock and poultry slaughter and processing inspection program standards. LSA document #12-108
