When: Tuesday, May 29, 2012 @ 10:30 a.m. (EST)
Where: New Tech Academy at Wayne High School; 9100 Winchester Rd., Fort Wayne, IN
Government and business leaders are raising awareness that Memorial Day kicks off the 100 deadliest days for teens to be on the road* by delivering the message that when it comes to texting and driving, it can wait. The Indiana Criminal Justice Institute driving simulator will be setup to show first-hand the dangers of texting behind the wheel. This event is part of AT&T’s aggressive Texting & Driving…It Can Wait program to educate drivers about the dangers of texting while driving.
