Dearborn County: On Tuesday, May 22, at approximately 9:45 p.m. Trooper Kyle Stovall and Probationary Trooper Ned Dayadharum stopped a 2006 Toyota Matrix on U.S. 50 near I-275 for a minor traffic violation.  During the course of the traffic stop they discovered the front seat passenger, 27 year old Victor S. Hutson, Jr. of Cleves, OH was wanted on a warrant out of Dearborn County for Probation Violation.  As the investigation continued, the troopers were given consent to search the vehicle and during the course of their search they discovered several drug items and articles of paraphernalia including several methamphetamine precursors.

Arrested and Charges:

Albert N. Tucker, age 42 from Ludlow, KY (Driver)-Charged with Possession of Precursors, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Paraphernalia, Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine, and Maintaining a Common Nuisance.

Joshua A. Foutch, age 33 from Greendale, IN-Charged with Visiting a Common Nuisance and Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine

Victor S. Hutson, Jr., age 27 from Cleves, OH-in addition to the warrant for Probation Violation, he was charged with Visiting a Common Nuisance and Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine

Brooke R. Ashcraft, age 27 from Cleves, OH-Possession of a Legend Drug, Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine, and Visiting a Common Nuisance

Teresa A. Mills, age 26 from Aurora, IN-Charged with Visiting a Common Nuisance.

All five individuals were transported to Dearborn County Jail without incident.  Troopers Stovall and Dayahdarum were assisted by Sgt. Matt Burkhardt and Troopers Brent Miller and Brian Earls.

Persons arrested are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
