[FSSA] DDRS Quarterly Provider Meeting

Entry Description

The Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services (DDRS) invites DDRS providers to attend the Quarterly Provider Meeting on June 27th, 2012 from 1-4 pm at the Indiana Government Center South, Conference Rooms 4 and 5.

Each quarter DDRS will host a provider meeting at the Indiana Government Center, which will allow DDRS providers the opportunity to discuss and ask questions regarding DDRS announcements and polices.

The tentative agenda for the June 27th Quarterly Provider Meeting is as followed:

1-3pm: DDRS General Updates, Section 144, Bureau of Developmental Disability Services and Bureau of Quality Improvement Services Updates

3-4pm: Bureau of Rehabilitation Services and First Steps Updates

The Indiana Government Center South is located at 402 W. Washington St. Indianapolis, IN 46207. The Government Center parking garage is located on Washington St. but parking is subject to availability. To access the garage, use entry one and bring a copy of the meeting agenda that will be posted on the DDRS Announcements webpage.
