NOTICE OF DATE CHANGE OF REGULAR MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Indiana Finance Authority ("Authority") has changed the date of its regular meeting originally scheduled to be held at the offices of the Authority, One North Capitol Avenue, Suite 900, Indianapolis, Indiana (the “Offices of the Authority”), on Tuesday June 19, 2012, at the hour of 1:30 p.m. (Indianapolis time). The Authority will now meet at the Offices of the Authority on Tuesday, June 26, 2012, at the hour of 1:30 p.m. (Indianapolis time). The public is invited to attend. The meeting will be accessible to any individual who has a temporary or permanent disability.
