[INDOT] I-465 West Side Restrictions

West Side I-465 Restrictions 

INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) will restrict traffic on Interstate 465 on the city’s west side next week.

 

Walsh Construction, the state’s contractor, will restrict the left two lanes of northbound I-465 at the Big Eagle Creek bridge approaching US 136 during overnight hours Monday, May 7 through Thursday, May 10.  The nighttime restrictions will begin at 9 p.m. and lanes are expected to reopen by 6 a.m. the following morning.

 

Walsh will be preparing the site and placing cranes to set bridge beams during the overnight restrictions.  Bridge beams are scheduled to be lifted into place beginning Monday, May 14.
