[CJI] National Crime Victims' Rights Week

Entry Description
What: A ceremony to proclaim National Crime Victims’ Rights Week. Survivors and dignitaries will speak at this event to encourage the community to help extend the vision to reach every victim.  A balloon launch will also take place to honor all victims of crime.
