Traffic Change Friday for

Clay Terrace Boulevard

And Rangeline Road

CARMEL, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) will shift traffic on Clay Terrace Boulevard and Rangeline Road at US 31 to temporary pavement the morning of Friday, April 6.  The shift will allow construction to begin on a ramp from US 31 southbound to Clay Terrace Boulevard and a bridge over Rangeline Road. 

One lane of traffic will be maintained in each direction on Clay Terrace Boulevard and Rangeline Road, and a new intersection will be used where the temporary pavement crosses US 31 to the south of the existing roadway. 

Existing access to US 31 from Circle Drive will be closed as Frontage Road will provide access from Circle Drive to Clay Terrace Boulevard.
