[INDOT] Night Work on State Road 37 at I-465

Nightly Restrictions on State Road 37
At I-465 on Indianapolis’ South Side

INDIANAPOLIS – Contractors for the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) will be working at night through next week to place permanent pavement markings at the south side interchange of Interstate 465 and State Road 37/South Harding Street. 

Crews will begin placing permanent pavement markings on all four interchange ramps and State Road 37 between Thompson Road and Hanna Avenue beginning Thursday, March 19 at 8 p.m. and continuing each night until complete.  The work will require some short-term alternating lane restrictions on State Road 37/South Harding Street.  All interstate ramps will remain open, and all restrictions will be lifted by 6 a.m.

Drivers can learn the locations of work zones and highway restrictions before they depart by calling INDOT’s TrafficWise at 1-800-261-ROAD (7623) or view an online map at www.TrafficWise.IN.gov.
