[IDEM] Public meeting regarding the Town of Huntertown’s antidegradation demonstration

Public Meeting Information: IDEM will hold a public meeting regarding the Town of Huntertown’s Antidegradation Demonstration on Thursday, March 22, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. local time in the cafeteria of the Huntertown Elementary School, 15330 Lima Road, Huntertown, Indiana 46748 for the purpose of providing information about the Antidegradation Demonstration process, provide an opportunity for representatives of the Town of Huntertown to present their demonstration to the public, and to allow public participation. This public meeting was requested after IDEM public noticed the receipt of the Antidegradation Demonstration in accordance with 327 IAC 5-2-11.2 on January 16, 2012.

Special Considerations: Individuals requiring reasonable accommodations for this Public Meeting must contact the IDEM - ADA Coordinator at 100 N Senate Ave, Room 1322N, (317) 233-4200, or via the Indiana Relay Service at (800) 743-3333, at least 72 hours prior to the meeting.

Comments/Final Determination Requests: Written and oral comments pertaining to the Antidegradation Demonstration will be accepted at the public meeting. Additionally, written comments submitted following the public meeting must be submitted no later than April 2, 2012. Anyone wishing notification of the final determination on the antidegradation demonstration must provide written contact information to the IDEM representatives at the public meeting or by April 2, 2012. Please send all comments or requests to receive notification of the final determination to the attention of the IDEM contact person listed below.

Additional Information: The Antidegradation Demonstration is available for inspection at the IDEM, Office of Water Quality/NPDES Permit Section, Room 1203, 100 N. Senate Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., M - F, excluding state holidays (copies 10¢ per page).
