Entry Description
Benton County- This afternoon, February 11, at approximately 2:00 pm (EST), Indiana State Police was contacted by Fowler Police Department to assist in a search warrant for a residence at 205 East 4th Street in Fowler. The Indiana State Police Clandestine Lab team assisted with the search of the residence and subsequent clean-up after they found items commonly used to manufacture methamphetamine. Two adults, husband and wife, were arrested and taken to the Benton County Jail. Their three children ages, fourteen, thirteen and eight were released to the Benton County Department of Child and Family Services.
ARRESTED AND CHARGE:
1. Nicholas R. Randolph, 31 of Fowler, Indiana
Manufacturing Meth, Class A Felony
2. Carrie A. Randolph, 34 of Fowler
Manufacturing Meth, Class A Felony
Assisting: Trooper Brock Russell, Trooper Sean Schaefer, Trooper Kyle Wentland and Fowler Police Department
All Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. |
