Entry Description
Franklin-On February 8, 2012, at approximately 3:00pm, Indiana State Police made an arrest of a Franklin woman for allegedly manufacturing and dealing methamphetamines.
The Indiana State Police Meth Suppression team along with the Franklin City Fire Department investigated an apartment fire which occurred on December 11, 2011, at 3 E. Adams Street, Franklin, Indiana. The investigation determined the fire was a result of a meth lab.
The meth lab was linked to Emily K. Fikes, who was arrested on the charges listed below. She was taken to the Johnson County Jail where her bond was set at $57,000.
ARRESTED
Emily K. Fikes, 34, 724 S. Center St. Franklin, IN
1. Manufacturing/Dealing Methamphetamines, Class A Felony within 1000ft of a public park
2. Possession of 2 or more Precursors, C Felony within 1000ft of a public park
3. Maintaining Common Nuisance, D Felony,
4. Possession of paraphernalia, A Misdemeanor
The investigation is an ongoing.
