Entry Description
Knox County – Wednesday morning, February 8, at approximately 10:00 a.m., Senior Trooper Bill Gadberry and Master Trooper John Trotter responded to a residence located at 1041 North Upper 11th Street in Vincennes to investigate a drug complaint. Troopers later executed a search warrant for the residence. While searching a bedroom they found a small amount of meth, several grams of marijuana, digital scales, plastic baggies and an unlabeled pill bottle containing 39 tablets of Chlorpromazine. Further investigation revealed Joseph Calvert, 39, rents the room from the homeowner. Calvert was arrested and taken to the Knox County Jail where he is currently being held on bond. The residence is located directly across the street from Riley Elementary School.

Joseph M. Calvert, 39, 1041 North Upper 11th Street, Vincennes, IN
1. Possession of Meth within 1,000 feet of a School, Class B Felony
2. Possession of Marijuana, Class A Misdemeanor
3. Possession of a Legend Drug (Chlorpromazine), Class D Felony
4. Possession of Paraphernalia, Class A Misdemeanor
