[IDOL] Common Construction Wage Hearing for Northwestern Consolidated School District of Shelby County (Shelby County)

Entry Description

In accordance with Indiana Code 5-16-7-1 et seq., a hearing has been scheduled to determine Common Construction Wage Rates. This hearing will be held at the time, date, and location prescribed below:

Shelby County Courthouse Annex
Shelby County Commissioners' Meeting Room 208A
25 West Polk Street
Shelbyville, Indiana 46176
Date: February 16, 2012
Time: 1:00 PM EST

The hearing will be held to determine wage rates for public works construction projects in Shelby County covered by the Indiana Common Construction Wage Act and awarded by the following awarding government agency:

Northwestern Consolidated School District of Shelby County

A scale of wages adopted in this meeting applies to any public works construction project covered by the Indiana Common Construction Wage Act for which this awarding government agency awards bids not later than three (3) months after the date the committee adopts a wage scale.
