INDOT Guardrail Repairs Require

Overnight Restrictions

in Indy Area

INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) will restrict interstate lanes in the metro area this week to repair damaged guardrail.  Nightly repairs will begin at 9 p.m. and are expected to be complete by 5 a.m.  Work progress is dependent upon weather conditions, and locations will vary through the week.

  • On Tuesday, January 24, crews will restrict the left lane of the ramp from I-65 south/I-70 west (south split) to westbound I-70. 
  • On Tuesday, January 24, crews will restrict the left lane of I-70 westbound near State Road 9 (exit 104 to Greenfield) to repair damaged guardrail in the median.
  • On Thursday, January 26, crews will restrict the left side of the ramp from northbound I-65 to westbound I-465 on the south side of Indianapolis.
  • On Thursday, January 26, crews will restrict the left lane of southbound I-65 at the 110.2 mile marker near the south split.
  • On Thursday, January 26, crews will restrict the right lane of southbound I-65 at the 116 mile marker near West 30th Street.
