Knox County – Sunday evening, January 1, at approximately 6:20 p.m., Indiana State Police responded to 1341 Perry Street in Vincennes after receiving information that a local wanted person was staying at the residence. While searching the residence for the wanted person, troopers found items commonly used to manufacture methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and marijuana. Troopers did not locate the wanted person.  Stacey Norton, 38, James Morris, 42, Cary Keller, 32, and Clayton Adams, 36, all from Vincennes, were arrested for manufacturing methamphetamine and various other criminal offenses.  They were taken to the Knox County Jail where they are currently being held on bond.
