[INDOT] Public Information Meeting regarding the SR 25 Hoosier Heartland Project, Segment B in Carroll County.

Entry Description
The Indiana Department of Transportation will hold a public information meeting on Thursday, August 4, 2011 beginning at 6:00pm at the Camden First Baptist Church located at 220 East Main Street (SR 218) in Camden.  The meeting is in regards to the development of an Additional Information (A.I.) document required for the proposed design modification of Segment 3B of the SR 25 Hoosier Heartland Project in Carroll County.  The purpose of the meeting is to provide the community with an opportunity to review and ask questions about the A.I. document.  The proposed design modification includes the relocation of the Meridian Line Bridge to CR 50E.  The A.I. document will be posted prior to the public meeting on the SR 25 project website at: http://www.in.gov/indot/div/projects/sr25study.  Copies of the A.I. document will be available for review at the INDOT LaPorte District Office, 315 East Boyd Boulevard in LaPorte and the Mayor's Offices in Lafayette, Delphi and Logansport.  Written comments regarding the Additional Information document may be submitted prior to and during the public meeting on  Thursday, August 4, 2011.  Please submit written comments to Aimee Bennett, Office of Public Involvement, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N642, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204 or via e-mail at abennett@indot.in.gov.  The format of the public meeting will include display areas where INDOT representatives will be available to address questions and concerns.  A formal presentation will be given at 7:00 pm to present the proposed design changes.  An open house session will be held from 6:00 pm to 7:00pm and also immediately following the formal presentation.  Copies of the A.I. document will be available for review as well as information packets summarizing the findings of the document.  Should you have additional questions regarding this meeting, please contact Aimee Bennett, Office of Public Involvement at (317) 234-4938 or via e-mail at abennett@indot.in.gov.
