Young Announces Town Hall Meetings
(STATEHOUSE) Sen. R. Michael Young (R-Indianapolis) will host two town meetings to discuss issues before this year’s Indiana General Assembly, including recent proposals on government consolidation and property tax reform.
“This is a great opportunity for citizens in Senate District 35 to share their opinions on issues facing the upcoming legislative session,” said Young. “I encourage everyone to attend one of these meetings and share their viewpoints on property tax reform and government consolidation.”
Young has scheduled the following town meetings:
Thursday, January 3, 2008, 7:30 p.m.
Speedway High School, Auditorium

Monday, January 7, 2008, 7:30 p.m.
Indiana Statehouse, Senate Chambers
Please enter through the North door facing Ohio Street. Parking will be available in the surface lot on Ohio Street across from the Statehouse.
