Update Scholar Information
School counselors and community organizations that enroll students as Scholars may also be responsible for updating a Scholar’s contact information, submitting a Senior Affirmation form or assisting with other components of the 21st Century Scholars Program. Find resources and tips below.
Checking Enrollment Status
School counselors, community organizations, students and parents/legal guardians can check whether a student has been accepted into the 21st Century Scholars Program. You will need the student’s date of birth and Social Security Number to check his or her enrollment status. Note that the spelling of the first and last name must match the name given on the initial application.
Updating Address or Other Contact Information
Students may not have access to Internet to update their addresses or other contact information. In order to access a Scholar’s information, you must have his or her date of birth and Social Security Number. Note that the spelling of the first and last name must match the name given on the initial application.
Counselors can also request access to the School Enrollment and Affirmation System (SEAS) to access confidential information about Scholars for the purpose of conducting business related to the 21st Century Scholars Program. Counselors must request a username and password before they can use SEAS.
